		<description>Thank you for the enlightening pieces of information. However, I disagree with you when you exaggerate the population of Ugandans. Currently, the population stands at 30 million, and since when did it rise to 70 million? Of course, the economic importance of new and emerging pests and diseases can not be questioned but in most cases we scientists blow it out of propotion.
