“Here's a couple of leaves from the Broadbalk wheat crop here this year showing some of the pathogens attacking the crop. We can see on the left hand side predominantly Septoria leaf blotch, on the right we've got some powdery mildew and some rust infection. And this is what happens to wheat if you actually don't use any fungicides to limit the amount of disease present.”
